In order to comprehensively improve the professional ability of the sales team and better serve customers, our company recently organized sales elites to go deep into the production plant to carry out special training on laser equipment operation. The training was guided by senior engineers from the technical department throughout the whole process. Through the combination of theoretical explanation and practical exercises, sales personnel systematically mastered the core functions, operation procedures and solutions to common problems of the equipment.
During the training, the sales team not only became familiar with the technical parameters and performance advantages of the equipment, but also personally operated it and deeply understood the actual usage scenarios of customers. This “zero-distance” learning model effectively enhances the professional confidence of sales personnel, enabling them to more accurately match needs in subsequent customer communications and provide more valuable solutions.
