DK laser ultra-high-speed laser cladding fiber laser delivers outstanding performance with high energy density, larger target area, protection against reflection and long-term, continuous and stable processing. To achieve high stability and superior quality in cladding processing, DK LASER developed and patented unique anti-reflection (AR) technology, a new approach to the suppression of SRS, with a suppression ratio more than 40dB, and an in-built negative feedback power system. This ensures the stability of high-reflective material processing and prevents damage to the laser caused by back-reflection light. DK LASER focuses on the development, manufacturing and application of these lasers, and owns the production line and independent intellectual property of the devices for large core optical fiber used in laser
cladding processing.

Product Features

*The core diameter of the output fiber can extend to 1000μm, so, after collimation, it facilitates an exceedingly large focal target area, thereby improving the efficiency of the cladding;

*Being of compact structure, the flexible output optical cable can extend up to 20m in length, thereby maximizing its adaptability to various applications and expediting system integration;
*With homogenization of the focal spot exceeding 90%, radiation is uniform with no eccentricity or hot spots, which greatly increases the stability and reliability of the cladding;
*DK’s HPPS technology ensures output power stability less than ±1% at maximum output, guaranteeing uniform cladding layer thickness;
*DK’s BRP technology (awarded first prize in the Hunan Provincial Invention Patent Awards) and RSF technology has the capacity to process high-reflective materials (such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium, and so on) at high speed and at a high level of stability for extended periods of time
