Product Introduction:

Storage at room temperature without refrigeration but refrigeration (1℃) is no harm. The product valid for more than half a year.

— Standard adhesive for global optical industry. It is the most suitable adhesive for optical bonding on glass surfaces, metals, fiberglass and glass-filled plastics. Recommended for bonding lenses, prisms, mirrors, and terminated or spliced fibers in militery, aerospace and industrial optics.

Conforming to federal MIL-A-3920 standard for optical bonding materials. It can withstand the temperature range of -150℃ to +125℃ after aging,. NOA61 has been widely used in domestic optical component manufacturers. It is one of the standard adhesives in the optical industry and the designated adhesive for many applications worldwide. NOA61 is the flagship product of NOA series of glue and is a kind of ” balm” adhesive  which is well known in the optical industry.

It is a transparent, colorless liquid light polymer that can be cured under UV light.It has many advantages when bonding optical components provided that the bonding area can be illuminated by UV light because it is one component and 100 percent solid. The use of NOA61 lightsensitive adhesive eliminates the premixing, drying, or heat curing operations typically required in other optical adhesives and systems. The curing speed is extremely fast depending on the thickness of the application and the energy received from the applied UV light.

It has excellent light transmittance, low shrinkage and slight elasticity compared with other optical bonding materials. These characteristics are important to ensure that users produce high quality optical components especially ensuring long-term features in the face of changing environmental conditions.

It is UV curable and is very sensitive to ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 350nm-380nm. The recommended energy for complete curing is 3 joules/cm2. The area in contact with air will appear non-viscous as long as it is sufficiently exposed to UV light because this curing has no anaerobic reaction.

Storage condition:

Stored in the original container at low temperature (5-22°C) without light and can be stored for 6 months at normal room temperature. We promise that the products sold in our store will have a service or storage life of at least 4 months from the date of purchase.
