Product Introduction
Quasi-continuous-wave fiber lasers are now part of modern manufacturing plants.
This kind of laser can operate in both continuous and high peak power pulse modes. Different from the traditional CW laser, its peak and average power are always the same in CW and CW / modulation mode, while the peak power of QCW laser in pulse mode is 10 times higher than the average power.Thus, high-energy microsecond and millisecond pulses can be generated at repetitive frequencies ranging from tens of hertz to thousands of hertz, and the average power and peak power of kilowatts can be achieved.

- Single QCW fiber laser pulse can be modulated by analog control or internal pulse generator to achieve the optimal time pulse shape for any specific application. Operators can also use customized repetitive frequency and power modulation to pre-program the required pulse sequence.
- Operators can control pulse width, duty cycle, frequency, pulse energy and average power in real time when dealing with complex parts (such as sharp angle and narrow hole) or high-reflective and sensitive materials. QCW laser provides excellent pulse shaping function for shaping pulse generation, and its modulation ability surpasses other technologies.
