In the past, handling falling objects or removing harmful trees generally required personnel to approach or enter high-voltage electric fields, directly or indirectly contacting charged objects, which posed a high risk of operation, and the operation was time-consuming and labor-intensive. In recent years, there has been a shortage of personnel for live-line operations. To solve this problem, our company has developed and produced a laser wire obstacle remover that uses ground-launched controllable lasers to cut and remove high-altitude foreign objects and harmful trees at a long distance. It is safe, fast, and can be operated with power. It can quickly and safely remove foreign objects hanging on the wires and harmful trees, reduce the risk of power outages, and ensure the safe and normal operation of the power grid. At present, all overhead lines of power systems in various cities and municipalities above 35kV are bare wires. There are thousands of foreign objects hanging on the wires every year within thousands of kilometers. Foreign objects hanging on the wires and harmful trees are one of the main reasons for unplanned line shutdowns. Traditional treatment methods require line shutdown or live-line operations, but line shutdowns reduce the reliability of power supply to the power grid, increase the risk of regional power outages, and cause large economic losses and negative social impacts.

Basic software functions:

1. With automatic cutting function: the cutting path and cutting speed can be edited, and foreign matter can be removed by intelligent operation
2. With electronic fence function: the electronic fence area can be edited, and the laser can be automatically turned off when it moves into the fence
3. With crosshair calibration function: the crosshair position can be quickly adjusted to facilitate precise operation
4. With continuous power setting function: 10 levels of laser output power are optional, and the light output is precisely controlled
5. With pan/tilt speed gear setting function: 9 levels of pan/tilt speed are adjustable, and precise aiming
6. With video and photo function: can monitor the operation process and achieve visual safety
7. With tipping protection function: the light is automatically turned off when the equipment tips over
8. With foreign object intrusion alarm function: when dangerous objects such as personnel appear within 10 meters in front of the equipment, the light can be automatically turned off

Advanced software functions (optional):

1. With remote control function: the operator needs to be authorized by the remote personnel before the operation can be carried out
2. With laser ranging function: the distance between the equipment and the target object can be accurately displayed on the operating tablet
3. With laser automatic zoom function: the laser spot size at different distances can be automatically adjusted according to different distance values
