Recently, our company welcomed a technical team from a partner company to present the latest welding technologies and concepts for highly reflective materials, including copper and aluminum alloys. Colleagues from our technical, R&D, and production departments actively participated in the seminar, which sparked a lively exchange of ideas.
With the rapid growth of industries such as new energy vehicles, energy storage, and power electronics, highly reflective materials are increasingly used in critical components like electrical connections and heat dissipation structures. However, welding these materials imposes strict requirements on heat input, beam control, and melt pool stability. Through practical case studies, the partner company systematically addressed technical challenges and innovative solutions in welding high-reflective materials, including beam shaping, dynamic power modulation, and process monitoring. These advanced concepts provide new approaches to improving welding quality and efficiency.
This seminar not only broadened the horizons of our technical team but also laid a foundation for deeper cooperation in process optimization and joint experiments. We sincerely thank our partner for their insightful presentation. Our company will continue to follow cutting-edge welding technologies to support manufacturing upgrades.
