Lasers represent a novel light source whose characteristics—coherence, monochromaticity, directionality, and high output power—are unmatched by other light sources. When focused to a single point, the power density at the focal plane can reach 10⁵–10¹³ W/cm². Laser welding leverages the laser beam’s exceptional directionality and high power density. An optical system concentrates the laser beam onto a minuscule area, creating a highly localized, energy-intensive heat source at the weld site within an extremely short time frame. This melts the work piece material, forming a robust weld point or seam.

This laser welding machine employs a continuous fiber laser as its light source. It incorporates numerous innovative features in its exterior design, structure, and user-friendly interface, prioritizing ergonomics and operational efficiency. The handheld welding head can be customized with a wire feeding system tailored to actual production needs, making it highly suitable for non-standard manufacturing. Featuring a water-cooled design, the handheld welding head remains cool during extended welding sessions. For larger welds, filler wire can be directly added during the welding process. By replacing components of the handheld welding head, cleaning and cutting functions can be achieved, making it a highly cost-effective solution.
