The HP10-2000 high-power galvanometer has good running stability and strong anti-interference ability, and can be applied to 2000W fiber continuous lasers. According to the divergence angle parameters of the laser, it is matched with the corresponding QBH beam expansion collimator component. The parallel spot after beam expansion should be ≤10mm, and the field mirror needs to select a quartz field mirror with an incident spot of 10mm.
■ The differential photoelectric sensor detects the position of the motor rotor, with good linearity, small drift, high resolution and repeatability.
■ The load design of the 10mm lens, high motor assembly accuracy, reasonable structure, small static friction coefficient and zero offset, ensure good dynamic characteristics of the system.

2.HP10-2000 Operation Guide
- Before turning on the machine, make sure that the water circuit is connected correctly and the water circulation is normal before turning on the machine, otherwise the galvanometer may be damaged.
- Before turning on the machine, please carefully check whether the line sequence of the external connection line of the galvanometer is correct, otherwise it will affect the normal operation or damage of the galvanometer.
- The two motors and the two sockets of the driver board must be connected according to the matching serial number and cannot be interchanged, otherwise self-excitation will occur.
- Ensure the accuracy of the laser optical path output, otherwise it will affect the marking accuracy. In severe cases, marking displacement and uneven laser power will occur.
- Do not adjust the hardware configuration such as the board potentiometer without authorization, and do not disassemble the scanning galvanometer assembly without authorization.
